Handgun Retention

Learn how to prevent an assailant from taking your gun, using the same methods that are taught to many police officers. If you are at all nervous about losing your gun, this course will help you gain confidence. The course will be taught by a woman who is a National Law Enforcement Training Center certified instructor.

During this course, you will:

Learn how to prevent someone from grabbing your holstered gun
Learn how to prevent someone from taking away your unholstered gun

Cost: $80

Student requirements: Students must present a license (Massachusetts FID card, or firearms license) or present evidence of good character (such as a letter from a police chief or a clean criminal record check).
